Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant team and deliver legendary guest experiences. You will oversee the management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives to keep the operation at its best.

You’ll drive local restaurant marketing, monitor Profit and Loss results, and ensure compliance with health, safety and labor laws while nurturing community connections and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and prior restaurant General Manager experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service, safety systems and computer operations.
