Job summary

You will oversee the management team, drive performance, engagement, and training initiatives while expanding community connections. You must have 4-5 years of restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business performance (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and community connections.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and labor regulations; manage costs and optimize profits.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements to drive results.
• Champion training and development of team members.
