Burger King is seeking a General Manager to lead the local restaurant's day-to-day operations, staff management, and profitability. You will drive guest satisfaction and ensure brand standards while coordinating with a high-performing leadership team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires focus on strategic planning, people development, and adherence to food-safety and operational policies. Flexibility for opening hours and weekend work is expected as part of this leadership position.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of General Management experience in QSR.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, weekends (at least 2 Sundays, two mid-shifts, and one closing shift per month).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
