Blake’s Lotaburger in Rio Rancho, NM, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability through keen cost control and service excellence.

The GM will lead a team, schedule staff, implement Blake’s policies, train employees, recruit new talent, and partner with the District Manager to grow sales while ensuring food safety and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with 50+ hour weeks and bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years restaurant management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage food/beverage and labor costs to protect and grow sales.
• Lead, train, and coach staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Prepare weekly schedules and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Coordinate with District Manager to plan sales growth in the market.
