Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Albuquerque, NM. You will manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and protect profitability by controlling costs and optimizing labor and inventory.

The GM will lead a team, drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment, and report to the District Manager. The role requires long hours, a strong work ethic, and adherence to Blake’s core values and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Lead and train management staff and crew to adhere to Blake’s Lotaburger policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Develop schedules, manage inventory, and coordinate with the District Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, safety laws, and cash handling procedures.
