Blake’s Lotaburger in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and oversee daily operations as MOD. You will ensure fast, friendly service, monitor costs, and lead a crew in a busy, high‑volume setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a High School Diploma and restaurant experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; food handler certification is required. This role offers both part-time and full-time schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with flexible PT/FT hours.
• High School Diploma; six months restaurant experience preferred.

• Control food and labor costs to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Blake’s policies and safety procedures.
• Provide leadership to crew and train team members.

• Handle deposits and cash handling per policy.
