Blakes Lotaburger in New Mexico seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive profitability through cost control and people leadership.

You will supervise management and crew, enforce policies, manage inventory and schedules, and recruit talent to support growth while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead management and crew, enforce company policies, and coach staff.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, labor costs, and ordering per store needs.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure future leadership.
