• Must pass background checks and have valid driver’s license and vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in overseeing restaurant operations and profitability
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence
• Develop weekly schedules and staff coverage
• Recruit and train crew; conduct interviews with GM input
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls; manage deposits
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with laws and regulations
