Toptal is seeking a General Manager, Industrial Products & Services (IPS) to own strategy, growth, and profitability across Automotive, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Logistics clients. This remote US role reports to the EVP, Industries and involves executive client conversations, proposals, and cross-functional leadership.

You will manage enterprise client relationships, drive growth, and lead a team to deliver sustained value from Toptal’s services, AI solutions,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years leading professional services sales teams in Industrial Products and Services.
• 12+ years running an industry business unit with strong operations knowledge.
• Deep industry relationships from director to C-level.
• Experience closing complex enterprise opportunities with formal proposals.

Mansioni

• Set and execute the industry strategy and IPS business plan.
• Own P&L and budget with accountability for revenue and profitability.
• Win new enterprise clients and advance important opportunities.
• Expand and retain client relationships across buying centers.
• Build and develop the IPS team and maintain credible forecasts.
