Job summary

Toptal is seeking a General Manager for Industrial Products & Services (IPS), based in the United States, with remote work eligibility. You will own strategy, growth, and profitability for IPS across Automotive, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Logistics clients, including full P&L authority and budget control.

Lead executive client conversations, shape proposals, and drive growth with enterprise clients.

• Set and execute the industry strategy for IPS in the US market.
• Own the P&L and budget, manage revenue and profitability for IPS.
• Win new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.
• Lead client conversations, shape proposals, and drive negotiations.
• Coordinate with Services leaders and specialists to develop credible proposals.
