Qualifications

• 5+ years leading professional services sales teams in Industrial Products & Services, with Oil & Gas experience.
• 12+ years running and managing an industry business unit with P&L or equivalent accountability.
• Proven ability to close enterprise opportunities and manage pricing, negotiations, and client value.

Responsibilities

• Set IPS strategy and growth plan with clear priorities and budgets.
• Own the P&L and budget; manage revenue, profitability and investments.
• Lead executive client conversations, proposals, and major negotiations to close opportunities.
• Expand and retain client relationships across buying centers and senior decision-makers.
• Forecast pipeline and performance; provide actionable accountability and coaching.
