You’ll lead as the on-duty supervisor, ensuring fast service, accurate orders, and outstanding guest satisfaction while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Experience in developing crew members using training tools.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed - uphold standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle's training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run daily restaurant operations including schedules, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting.
• Keep dining area clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week including evenings and weekends.
