Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is expanding and seeks Apprentices to grow into General Managers by assisting in day-to-day restaurant operations, hiring and training great people, and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience.

You’ll learn to run the restaurant, manage schedules, P&L, sales forecasting, and recruitment while upholding food safety and guest-service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run the day-to-day operational business of your restaurant (scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting).
• Ensure dining room remains clean and restaurant is guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
