Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking Apprentices to grow into General Managers by helping run daily operations and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience. You’ll learn to hire, train, and develop great people while supporting a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll be involved in scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and ensuring safety and hospitality standards as you progress toward GM leadership. This role offers career growth within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Guest obsession with hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to train and develop crew members.
• Strong desire to grow into General Manager position.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, food safety, forecasting, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting.
• Ensure dining room is clean and restaurant is guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime.
