Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking ambitious Apprentices to grow into General Managers. You’ll assist in day-to-day operations, hire and train team members, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience.

You’ll learn scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing while ensuring fast service, food safety, and a clean dining room. This fast-paced role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for growth.

Qualifications

• Be guest obsessed with hospitality excellence and guest experience.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities ensuring speed, accuracy, and positive guest interactions.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day operating aspects (scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting).
• Keep dining area clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime when applicable.
