Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is recruiting apprentices who will grow into General Managers by supporting day-to-day operations, staffing, and training. You’ll learn to run a guest-obsessed restaurant and deliver a remarkable Guest Experience while advancing toward restaurant leadership.

Expect a demanding week with leadership on duty, schedule planning, P&L awareness, and people development, all within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused leadership mindset and customer-first approach.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members for growth into management roles.
• Experience coordinating shift schedules and basic P&L concepts is a plus.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to learn Chipotle training tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run the day-to‑day operational business of your restaurant (scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting).
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is guest‑ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50‑hour workweek (with applicable overtime paid).
