HMSHost in Milwaukee is seeking a General Manager II to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine operation near the airport.

You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, and financial performance, deploy staff, train managers, and drive revenue through brand standards and engagement.

The role requires 3–7 years restaurant leadership with a track record in P&L management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in managing a restaurant, with focus on P&L and guest satisfaction.
• Strong staff development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Ability to interpret financial/operational data and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Open and close operations and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and meet schedule coverage.
• Hire, promote or discipline associates while promoting HMSHost as an employer of choice.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance with badge requirements and company processes.
• Recognize and motivate staff to meet business goals and maintain high engagement.
• Maintain regulatory and brand standards, safety, and HACCP practices.
