Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Los Angeles seeks a General Manager to own the division’s operation and P&L, leading technicians, dispatch, and office staff. You will drive profitability, safety, and growth across HVAC/plumbing services.

You will shape pricing, schedules, and workflows, while expanding commercial maintenance contracts and residential plans. Flexibility and strong communication are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of managing projects in construction or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree and experience.
• Extensive HVAC and general construction knowledge.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; ability to handle job costing and scheduling tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage budget, costs, and pricing to hit gross margin targets.
• Lead a team of field technicians, apprentices and office staff with accountability for safety and quality.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and job workflows to maximise efficiency and reduce callbacks.
• Develop sales strategies to grow maintenance contracts and market share.
• Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries and project disputes.
