Qualifications

• Experience managing HVAC and general construction projects in a leadership role.
• Strong budget, cost control, and pricing strategy experience.
• Proven ability to lead field teams, dispatch, and optimize workflows.
• Valid California driver license and clean DMV record.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, overtime, and weekends.
