RRC Solutions Group in California seeks a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division, drive profitability, and scale revenue. You will own the division's P&L, manage field teams, dispatch, and office staff while implementing strategic pricing and growth plans.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on experience in HVAC and construction. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project management in construction, a relevant degree or equivalent, and a clean driving

Qualifications

• Three to five years of construction project management experience or a relevant degree.
• Extensive HVAC and general construction knowledge.
• California driver's license with clean DMV record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; ability to work in teams.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Experience with job costing, scheduling, and estimating software.

Responsabilités

• P&L Ownership: Manage the division's budget, track costs, and optimize gross margin.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and office staff.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and job workflows.
• Business Growth: Develop sales strategies to expand maintenance contracts and market share.
• Customer Relations: Resolve inquiries and disputes to protect brand reputation.
