The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic pricing, and the ability to scale maintenance contracts and residential plans. A Journeyman/Master Plumber license is a plus, with background checks and a clean driving record

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in managing projects in construction or an equivalent with education.
• Extensive knowledge in HVAC and general construction.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient typing and computer skills (MS Office/Excel).
• Team-oriented with independent judgment and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage budget, costs, and pricing to hit gross margins.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and staff.
• Operational excellence: oversee dispatching, scheduling, and workflows.
• Business growth: expand commercial maintenance contracts and market share.
• Customer relations: act as escalation point for inquiries and disputes.
