Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in the United States is seeking a General Manager to own the HVAC/plumbing division’s operations and finances, drive profitability, and scale revenue. You will oversee field technicians, dispatch, and P&L, while leading a team and ensuring safety and quality.

The role focuses on pricing strategy, training, daily workflows, and expanding commercial maintenance contracts and residential plans. A strong business background in trades is valued.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in managing projects in construction; or bachelor’s degree in construction science or related fields; or an equivalent certification with experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and work experience in HVAC and general construction.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Typing skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in a team environment; independent judgment in prioritizing tasks.
• Willingness to flexible schedule, overtime and weekends.
• Familiarity with job costing, scheduling, and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage division budget, labor/material costs, and pricing to hit gross profit margin targets.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and office staff; promote safety and craftsmanship.
• Oversee daily dispatching, scheduling, and job workflows to maximize technician efficiency and reduce call-backs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand maintenance contracts and market share.
• Serve as final escalation for customer inquiries and project disputes, upholding brand reputation.
