Job summary

Acloché LLC in Los Angeles seeks a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division, own P&L, optimize field operations, and scale revenue. You will oversee technicians, dispatch, safety, and growth strategies to drive profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction project management, HVAC knowledge, California driver license, and proven leadership. You’ll implement pricing, manage budgets, and partner with sales to grow maintenance contracts and service offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or related field or equivalent certification.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and general construction.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and exercise independent judgment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, overtime and weekends.
• Familiarity with job costing, scheduling, and estimating software.
• Journeyman/Master Plumber license is a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage budget, costs, and pricing to hit gross margins.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and staff.
• Operational excellence: oversee dispatch, scheduling, and workflows.
• Business growth: develop sales strategies for maintenance contracts and memberships.
• Customer relations: serve as escalation point and protect brand reputation.
