Job summary

Job Juncture in Los Angeles, CA seeks a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division and scale revenue. You will own the division’s operations, oversee field teams, manage P&L, safety, and growth initiatives, and partner with executives to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years managing trades projects or a related degree, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and cost controls. A Journeyman/Master Plumber license is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects or large trades teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC and general construction.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership and budgeting for the division.
• Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and field workflows.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for maintenance contracts.
• Lead recruiting, training, and mentoring plumbers and staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.
