Confident Search Consultants seeks a General Manager to lead the HVAC/plumbing division, own daily operations, and drive profitability in California. You will oversee field technicians, dispatch, and P&L, while shaping pricing models and growth strategies.

The role requires leadership to motivate tradespeople, streamline workflows, and scale revenue, with a focus on safety and quality craftsmanship across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in managing projects in construction or an equivalent combination of education and certification.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and general construction trades.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.

Aufgaben

• P&L ownership: manage division budget, track costs, and pricing to hit gross profit targets.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices and office staff.
• Operational excellence: oversee dispatching, scheduling, and workflows to maximize technician efficiency and minimize calls.
• Business growth: develop and execute sales strategies to expand commercial and residential service contracts.
• Customer relations: act as escalation point for inquiries and disputes and protect brand reputation.
