Barcelona Wine Bar seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, team development, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee inventory, ordering, and profitability while maintaining standards and brand experience across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest service, and the ability to drive results in a high-volume environment. This position reports to the Regional Director and involves ensuring safe, high-quality operations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and make final decisions on matters affecting guest experience.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and training to uphold standards.
• Control costs and optimize food, beverage, supply, labor, and utility costs.
• Ensure a safe guest and working environment and maintain restaurant image and cleanliness.
