McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The GM will drive profitability, uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and lead Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in fast-paced settings; background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is preferred. Must be 18+ to supervise. Corporate benefits accompany the role.

Formación

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, follow progress, and provide coaching to improve Departments.
