McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead the restaurant to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards and work with a leadership team to set goals and drive results.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in quick-service, hospitality or retail, are 18+, and can hire and develop Department and Shift Managers. Starting pay is $58,770 per year with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• General Manager with experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/retail.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Set goals with leaders and develop plans to achieve them.
• Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.
