McDonald’s operates a General Manager role within a franchisee-owned restaurant. The GM is responsible for profitability while upholding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards and leading a team of Department Managers.

Ideal candidates have previous GM experience in fast-paced settings, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18+ to manage, with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsabilidades

• Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting and tracking goals with coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to lead the restaurant into the future.
