Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited seeks a General Manager for a high-volume McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead a team to deliver Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards and drive profitability.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick service or hospitality, must be 18 or older, and will manage Department and Shift Managers, hire and develop staff, and work to achieve restaurant goals with coaching and direction.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have prior General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching to improve departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
