McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee will be the employer, handling hiring, staffing, and scheduling, with McDonald's USA having no involvement in employment decisions.

You will lead a team to achieve Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, drive profitability, and coach Department Managers to reach goals. Prior GM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up on progress, and coaches to improve departments.
• May oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team.
