Border Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, reinforce core values, and develop a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure safe and compliant operations, and manage P&L to achieve profitability while maintaining Border Foods culture.

The role requires experience in restaurant leadership, people development, and a commitment to extraordinary guest experiences through teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week with additional hours as needed.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team to provide great food and friendly service.
