Border Foods LLC seeks a General Manager to lead the restaurant operations, champion Border Foods core values, and drive team performance. You will manage the full shift, coach staff, and ensure safe, quality food and a friendly guest experience while controlling costs and optimizing the guest journey.

The role requires a strong track record in hiring, coaching, and sustaining high standards, with long hours and a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management position; 50+ hours per week; schedule flexibility.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead scheduling and deployment of the Team to meet demand.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and minimize losses.
• Uphold Border Foods core values and standards across the restaurant.
