Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on safety, guest experience, and team development. You will drive sales, manage the P&L, recruit, hire, and train top performers while upholding Border Foods CORE values.

You’ll inspire a high-performance team, deliver fast and friendly service, and maintain quality food and a welcoming environment. This exempt role requires a minimum of three years in food service with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Three years restaurant or retail experience minimum.
• Experience with sales, P&L, recruiting and training.
• Proven hiring and retention success.
• Ability to work irregular hours including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
