Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management position—minimum of 50 hours per week with variable schedule.
• ServeSafe certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build and lead a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Drive sales, manage P&L, and optimize costs and labor.
