Pura Vida Miami is seeking a General Manager in Cambridge to lead daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will drive inventory management, planning, and financial controls while upholding health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of English/Spanish is a plus; Excel and POS literacy is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; basic Excel & POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Oversee inventory, labor allocation and financial analysis for performance.
• Handle daily ordering and invoicing at store level.
• Provide training and mentorship for staff and managers.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.
• Organize and supervise staff shifts; maintain strong floor presence.
