You will oversee staffing, supervise performance, and drive local marketing while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to health, wage, age, and other regulations.
• Enforce all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to the team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Drive profitability by managing food cost, labor, and other costs.
• Staff restaurant with qualified personnel and develop them.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing and community outreach.
