Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to be fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs restaurant. You will lead a high‑performing team, ensure compliance with all regulations, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast casual environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Hire, train and motivate a high performance team.
• Understand and manage food and labor costs.
• Understand Profit and Loss and maximize profitability.
• Open availability including weekends and some nights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health and wage laws.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain profitability by managing food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop team members.
• Lead local marketing efforts and participate in community initiatives.
