Job summary

Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. This full-time role requires open availability, accountability, and leadership to mentor the team and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, food safety, and company policies while ensuring exceptional guest experiences during peak hours and coordinating with district leadership for alignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development for management and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings.
• Enforce policies and maintain accurate records.
• Lead during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure guest safety and a positive dining experience.
