Pura Vida Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will focus on educating guests about our nutritious menu offerings, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.

You will collaborate with the General Manager on inventory, staffing, and procedures to ensure efficient operations and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service in hospitality/restaurant required.
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team with positivity and clear communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Motivate staff to provide fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Collaborate with General Manager on inventory, labor, and operations.
• Maintain staffing plans to support volume fluctuations and food safety standards.
• Organize shifts, supervise on-floor staff, and monitor expo station for timely service.
