Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Alcohol serving restaurants: state requirements to serve alcohol apply to manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant and execute company policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; handle disciplinary actions.
• Shape restaurant culture and drive employee engagement; coach and mentor team members for guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast variances, cascade programs to staff; maximize sales and guest experience.
• Maintain OSHA and safety codes; ensure safe work environment and asset protection; control costs and inventory.
• Oversee P&L management: food, labor, carryout costs; optimize schedules and labor efficiency.
