Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and coach the team toward excellent guest service. This role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to safety policies, and execution of company programs across the unit.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• 4–6 years prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant is strongly preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling preferred.
• For alcohol serving restaurants, Bob Evans follows all State mandated age requirements to serve alcohol which apply to our manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and staff of the restaurant, including execution of all policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to all direct reports.
• Build sales, hit goals, and drive restaurant profitability.
• Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance and cost controls.
• Oversee P&L management, labor scheduling, inventory, and asset maintenance.
