• Lead, train, and develop team members; ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Drive sales, monitor profitability, control costs and labor scheduling.
• Maintain inventory, cash controls, and food safety standards.
• Directly engage guests to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
