Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Louisiana is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a fast‑paced crew and drive excellent guest experiences. You will train and supervise crew members, schedule staffing, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards while controlling costs.

This role requires at least two years of restaurant management experience, the ability to work nights and weekends, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Willingness to work a 5 day week with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health/sanitation regulations.
• Recruiting, interviewing and staff development experience.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/ Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet standards
• Prepares employee work schedules; monitors staffing levels
• Monitors inventory levels and places orders within cost control procedures
• Interview and hire restaurant crew and management team members
• Develop and implement a marketing plan
• Prepare operational reports and action plans to address trends
