Le Pain Quotidien in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a General Manager who leads with energy and hospitality. You will set the tone for guest experiences, coach a high-performing team, and own restaurant performance. This role requires 2+ years GM experience in full-service restaurants, P&L ownership, staffing, and food safety.

NYC Food Handlers License is required; bilingual skills are a plus. Salary ranges from 70k to 82k plus bonus.

Formación

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality group.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the floor and ensure exceptional hospitality across all service moments.
• Own the guest experience, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, coaching and retention.
• Create a culture of accountability, recognition, development and hospitality.
• Oversee restaurant operations from opening to closing with consistent execution and high standards.
• Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, quality and cleanliness.
• Own financial performance using P&L, sales trends, labor, COGS, inventory and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Forecast business needs with leadership and translate goals into clear actions for the team.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
