Le Pain Quotidien is seeking a District Manager to lead a group of LPQ restaurants, elevating hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence across the district.

You will develop and coach General Managers and Assistant General Managers, drive sales growth, manage costs, and build strong, capable teams in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and long-term talent development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a minimum of 8-12 restaurants in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a track record of guest-focused experiences.
• Experience building internal talent pipelines and developing GMs and AGMs for long-term success.
• Strong people leadership skills with coaching, development, and accountability.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into action at the restaurant level.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead through others.
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead a district of LPQ restaurants with a focus on consistent execution and guest experience.
• Coach restaurant leaders to deliver warm, consistent service and use guest feedback to improve.
• Develop General Managers and Assistant General Managers through clear expectations and coaching.
• Drive positive sales growth and maintain margins on deliverables.
• Build strong teams, high retention, and succession planning across the district.
• Partner with restaurant leaders on labor, food costs, inventory, and forecasting.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards daily through leadership and accountability.
