Convive Brands is seeking a General Manager for Le Pain Quotidien in New York, overseeing guest experience and the team that makes it possible. You’ll drive daily operations, ensure top service standards, and maintain financial health in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes building a strong team culture, managing P&L, forecasting, inventory, and cost controls while delivering memorable guest experiences and steady business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a comparable restaurant or hospitality concept.
• Passion for hospitality and ability to lead a team with energy, empathy and vision.
• Talent for building culture and motivating staff to deliver results.
• Experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory and COGs.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead every aspect of restaurant operations, setting the tone for excellence and consistency.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through flawless execution and genuine hospitality.
• Drive sales growth by developing and executing innovative business strategies.
