Convive Brands is seeking an experienced General Manager for Le Pain Quotidien in Glendale, CA. Lead operations with a focus on people, hospitality, and business performance to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will own guest experience, coach a high-performing team, manage food costs, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards. Salary range reflects senior leadership responsibilities and daytime hours across our brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality group.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with energy, empathy, accountability, and vision.
• Proven track record of building strong restaurant cultures where teams are valued and motivated.
• Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.
• P&L ownership with forecasting, labor, COGS, inventory, and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, staying engaged during service and coaching the team in real time.
• Own the guest experience by anticipating needs and resolving concerns with empathy.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, onboarding, and coaching.
• Own restaurant operations and financial performance, ensuring high standards across opening, service, and closing.
• Forecast business needs and translate financial goals into actionable plans.
