The role requires 3+ years of retail management, a Food Manager Certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to inspire staff and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or culinary retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
