Sur La Table is seeking a General Manager to lead premier culinary and retail teams, shaping the customer experience and driving store performance. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on operations to deliver outstanding classes, merchandising excellence, and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will recruit and coach staff, monitor KPIs, and implement programs that boost sales and guest engagement while maintaining high standards of service and store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience in culinary or specialty retail.
• Current Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high performing sales teams while meeting operational goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team to meet business needs of culinary and retail.
• Lead, coach and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations and uphold a positive team culture.
• Develop and implement strategies, including merchandising, marketing and customer engagement, to exceed sales and financial goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, inventory accuracy and safety.
